Works Shop Manager Permanent - Shrewsbury L & C Consulting are recruiting on behalf of a small, but rapidly growing, privately owned, Engineering specialist on the outskirts of Shrewsbury for an experienced Work Shop / Maintenance Manager to join them on a permanent basis. Working days, Mon Fri. Managing a small team of workshop staff, duties will include (but not be limited to): All areas of daily management including Day to day workshop staff management Manage team in vehicle and equipment maintenance including PPM scheduling, test and pre-use checks as well as reactive repair Support engineering team in parts procurement and stock management Assisting in hands on repair as appropriate Liaising with & managing external service engineers Experience of managing staff within engineering / maintenance is essential to be considered for this role, ideally in general or agricultural engineering.
