Fleet Operations Coordinator  - Immediate Start temp to perm

Salary: £34,000 + up to £5,000 performance-related bonus

We are currently seeking a highly organised and customer-focused individual with Fleet and Motor Industry experience to join our Corporate Team as a Customer Service / Fleet Operations Coordinator. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in delivering exceptional service and building strong, lasting relationships with customers and partners.

Fleet Operations Coordinator-Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with FN50 Lease Company partners, delivering a consistently high level of customer service

Manage day-to-day operations including Delivery Offering, Delivery Booking, CSI, Delivery Reconciliation, and Customer Demonstration Requests

Support the Fleet Operations Manager in producing daily SLA performance reports

Work closely with OEM partners to ensure the highest standards of service delivery

Maintain up-to-date product knowledge to confidently respond to customer queries

Collaborate effectively within a team environment, contributing to a “One Team” approach

Prioritise workload, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines consistently

Fleet Operations Coordinator-About You:

Strong customer service skills with a relationship-focused mindset

Excellent communication and administrative abilities

High attention to detail and strong organisational skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure

A proactive and team-oriented attitude

Previous experience within the fleet or motor industry is advantageous but not essential.
