- Servicing and maintaining a diverse fleet of vehicles, including trailers, generators, and welfare units as a Fleet Technician
- Diagnosing faults accurately and executing repairs efficiently
- Preparing vehicles for MOT inspections, ensuring compliance with safety standards
- Attending breakdowns in the supplied company van
- Conducting preventative maintenance to reduce downtime
- Supporting other equipment operationally, including trailers and generators
- Keeping precise records of work undertaken using workshop management systems
- Assisting colleagues and sharing technical expertise
- Ensuring all work is performed to industry standards and safety regulations
- Proven experience as a Fleet Technician or similar role with comprehensive knowledge of vehicle systems
- Mechanical qualification such as NVQ Level 2 or higher
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Confidence working with a variety of tools and repair techniques
- Experience working on commercial vehicles, trailers, or plant equipment is advantageous but not essential
- Ability to work independently and efficiently manage workload
