Forklift Driver (Flexi & Counterbalance) Temp to Perm

Location: Peterborough
Pay: £13.50 per hour - (£14.50 after 12 weeks probational period)
Shift: Permanent Late Shift 13:30pm to 22:00pm - Monday - Friday
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Flexi and Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join our team in Peterborough on a temp-to-perm basis . This is a fantastic opportunity for a reliable and motivated individual to secure a permanent position. Once passed the 12 weeks probational period the rate of pay will be increased to £14.50 per hour.
Key Responsibilities:
Operating Flexi and Counterbalance trucks to move and pick stock.

Using a bagging machine (full training provided).

Handling and palletising 25kg bags must be physically fit to lift and move stock safely.

Working to order requirements and ensuring accuracy of custom orders.

Managing own workload efficiently and working with minimal supervision.

What Were Looking For:
Valid Flexi and Counterbalance forklift licences (in-date).

Previous warehouse experience desirable.

Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling (25kg bags).

A self-managed individual who can work independently and take responsibility.

Reliable, punctual, and committed to long-term work.

Whats On Offer:
