Flexible Supply Teacher - Primary (Ad Hoc / Part-Time Cover)

We are looking to recruit a flexible and reliable Supply Teacher to provide ad hoc cover across primary schools in the Waterlooville and Petersfield areas.

This role is ideal for a teacher seeking a better work-life balance, offering the opportunity to work mornings, afternoons, or full days on a flexible basis to suit your availability.

The Role:

Deliver engaging lessons across EYFS, KS1, and/or KS2

Provide short-term and last-minute cover as required

Work flexibly – choose morning-only, afternoon-only, or full-day assignments

Adapt quickly to different school environments and class needs

Maintain a positive and effective learning environment

We Are Looking For Someone Who:

Is a qualified teacher (QTS or equivalent)

Has experience teaching in primary settings

Is adaptable, flexible, and confident stepping into new classrooms

Has strong classroom and behaviour management skills

Is reliable and able to respond to ad hoc bookings
