Flight Operations Coordinator Network Planning

Arden White Aviation, Aerospace Recruitment are proud to be partnering with a well-established and growing aviation operator to support the appointment of a Flight Operations Coordinator Network Planning.

This is a key role at the centre of flight planning, charter coordination and airline liaison. You will ensure the efficient, compliant and cost-effective delivery of the flight programme, working closely with internal teams and global partners. Key Responsibilities

Support planning and delivery of the flight programme in line with budget and compliance requirements
Coordinate with Commercial and Operations teams to ensure smooth execution
Manage operational disruptions and implement recovery plans
Arrange key services including permits, handling, slots, fuel and cargo
Act as the main point of contact for customers, suppliers and airline partners
Review supplier costs and maintain accurate operational records
Support route analysis, airport handling requests and operational planning
Essential Requirements

Experience in aviation operations, network planning or charter coordination
Strong understanding of flight planning, permits and ground handling
Excellent organisation and stakeholder management skills
Commercial awareness and attention to detail
Desirable

Cargo or ULD experience
Familiarity with Jeppesen or similar systems
