A bit about what you will do... Floor housekeepers lead by example and inspire team to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness of our hotel bedrooms and bathrooms. They are instrumental in creating a memorable stay for each of our guests. Ensure guest rooms and bathrooms are well-presented by performing checks to confirm they have been cleaned to our excellent standards. Clean rooms when necessary, setting the benchmark for the housekeeping team. Coach, guide and mentor room attendants assigned to your section daily. Report maintenance issues and follow up to ensure that they are resolved appropriately. Prioritise the workload of yourself and the room attendants. Maintain correct stock levels in housekeeping stores and ensure items are stored properly. Engage with guests to promote guest loyalty and memorable experiences. More about you... Providing high quality service comes naturally to you. Strong attention to detail and ability to remain calm under pressure. Very good supervisorial and motivational skills. A smart and professional appearance. You value being part of a team and supporting your colleagues. Most of all, you have an approachable, positive, and proactive manner.
