As a floor manager at Fairmont Windsor Park, you will assist the Restaurant Manager to ensure a smooth and effective running of the Food & Beverage operation of the restaurant.As one of the operational leaders, you are a strategic service expert, assist in maintaining and improving the Fairmont Windsor Park standards of operations and manage and develop your team Assist the Restaurant Manager with daily restaurant operations and ensure service standards are met Report on financial performance and employee satisfaction F oster a service-focused, results-driven team environment Train and develop staff according to Fairmont Windsor Park service standards Monitor staff schedules and vacation planning Help implement and improve guest service and recognition programs Ensure hygiene and sanitation standards are followed in all areas Promote and maintain a safe work environment e.g. uphold fire safety rules and regulations etc Support the implementation and monitoring of standards, policies, and procedures Lead daily team briefings More about you...
