Job Overview
The Floor Manager serves as the public face of the restaurant. Leveraging strong technical, interpersonal, and managerial skills, they ensure operational excellence while actively supporting the growth and reputation of the Group.
Key Responsibilities Service Operations Control Ensure consistency between orders taken and dishes served

Step in, support, or replace team members as needed to maintain smooth service flow

Coordinate operations between the front of house and the kitchen

Guest Relations Welcome guests and embody the restaurants image and standards

Listen attentively to guest needs and respond professionally to requests

Handle guest complaints and manage conflict situations effectively

Ensure guest satisfaction at all times

Adapt service style to different guest profiles

Create a warm and convivial atmosphere from the guests arrival, in line with the establishments codes

End of Service & Restaurant Closure
Control and verify cash registers for the entire team

Balance and close daily cash reports

Secure cash handling

Close and secure the establishment

Team Management Train and onboard new team members

Ensure procedures, standards, and regulations are properly applied

Communicate information and instructions clearly and monitor compliance

Allocate tasks and organize workflows

Motivate and support the team on a daily basis

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Lead team meetings and actively engage staff

Prepare staff schedules

Lead pre-service briefings and communicate operational instructions

Skills & Experience Proven experience as a Floor Manager or Restaurant Manager in a high-end or premium dining environment

Strong leadership and communication skills

Excellent guest-oriented mindset

Ability to perform in a fast-paced and demanding environment

Solid knowledge of restaurant operations
