We are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a busy and vibrant Japanese restaurant in Cheltenham. They are now looking for a confident and experienced Floor Manager to oversee front-of-house service and lead the team through busy, energetic services.

£35,000 per annum plus £5,000 service charge
Working in a popular, fast-paced restaurant with a unique dining concept

Responsibilities as the Floor Manager
Overseeing day-to-day front of house operations and service delivery
Leading and motivating the floor team during busy services
Ensuring guests receive a warm welcome and consistent service throughout their visit
Managing reservations, table flow and communication with the kitchen
Maintaining high standards of service, cleanliness and presentation
Youll be a great fit if you:
Have previous experience in a supervisory or managerial front-of-house role
Are confident leading a team in a busy restaurant environment
Thrive in high-energy service and remain calm under pressure
Have a natural, guest-focused approach to hospitality
Take pride in standards, organisation and team culture
