F1 Arcade venues provide an immersive, state-of-the-art F1 racing simulation experience, gamified for a mass audience, with ‘best in class’ hospitality and exceptional venue design, all under one roof - for the ultimate night out in the fast lane… We’re looking for a Waiter/Waitress to join our team at our Birmingham Venue.

Key Responsibilities of the Waiter/Waitress:• Ensure prompt and accurate delivery of food and beverages.• Handle guest questions, concerns, or complaints with professionalism and urgency.• Communicate effectively with the kitchen and bar to ensure accurate and timely delivery.• Maintain a clean, organised, and fully stocked service area.• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all menu offerings, ingredients, and promotions.• Understand dietary requirements and allergens and communicate clearly with the kitchen team.

If you have experience in the below too that would be advantageous:• Previous experience within a hospitality or entertainment setting.
