About the Role We are currently looking for experienced Bendi Forklift Drivers to join a busy and well-established operation in Northamptonshire. This is a fantastic opportunity for drivers seeking stable, ongoing work with immediate starts available. As part of the warehouse team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and efficient movement of stock within a high-racking environment. Key Responsibilities Operating Bendi (Flexi) forklifts safely and efficiently Moving, loading, and unloading goods within racking locations Maintaining accuracy when handling inventory Supporting warehouse operations to meet daily targets Adhering to all health & safety standards at all times What We're Looking For To be successful in this role, you will need: Valid Bendi (Flexi) forklift licence OR Reach Truck licence with a minimum of 1 year's experience Proven experience working in a racking environment Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic Ability to work PM or night shifts consistently Please note: If you do not currently hold a Bendi licence, you must have Reach Truck experience as outlined above.
