About the role
Were recruiting a dual-skilled Warehouse Operative with FLT + Van Driver to support a secure airport retail logistics operation from a Colnbrook landside warehouse.
Youll support warehouse operations and complete van driving duties when required. Work may include handling goods for restaurants, so chilled area work may be needed. All duties follow aviation security compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities Offloading inbound deliveries into the warehouse Unloading/loading lorries Breaking down and rebuilding pallets Screening goods in line with aviation security procedures Rebuilding secure pallets for airside dispatch Consolidating consignments and preparing goods for onward transport Driving a van for deliveries/collections when required Working within chilled areas when required Keeping the warehouse clean, safe and organised
Requirements (Essential) Valid Counterbalance + Reach FLT licence Full UK Driving Licence (van driving duties) Experience unloading/loading lorries + rebuilding pallets Comfortable with manual handling and lifting Hardworking, productive, and able to work independently (minimal supervision) Strong attention to detail (secure pallet building is essential) Weekend flexibility required
Aviation Security Requirements (must complete) 5-year employment history verification UK criminal record check Overseas criminal record check (if applicable) Aviation security training (provided by AVTAV at no cost)
