Warehouse Operative (Counterbalance Forklift) Location: Bletchley, Milton Keynes
Pay Rate: £13.22 per hour
Job Type: Long-term, ongoing role
Shifts: Weekly rotating shifts
We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative with a valid Counterbalance Forklift licence to join a busy and well-established operation based in Bletchley, Milton Keynes .
This is a long-term opportunity for the right candidate who is reliable, hardworking and looking to become part of a committed warehouse team.
Shift Pattern Week 1: 6:00am 3:00pm

Week 2: 1:00pm 10:00pm
(Weekly rotation)

Pay £13.22 per hour

Key Responsibilities General warehouse duties

Loading and unloading vehicles

Manual handling / handballing (this is a physical role )

Operating a Counterbalance Forklift (approximately 25% of the role)

Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

Following all health & safety procedures

Requirements Valid ACCREDITED Counterbalance Forklift certificate (essential)

12 months experience (minimum)

Previous warehouse experience

Physically fit and comfortable with heavy manual work

Reliable, punctual, and team-focused

Willingness to work rotating shifts
