Warehouse Operative (Counterbalance) Location: Moulton Park
Shift: 1:30pm 10:00pm
Pay Rate: £13.00 per hour
Job Overview We are currently recruiting a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative to join our team at our Moulton Park site. This is an afternoon/evening shift role and will involve operating a counterbalance forklift truck alongside general warehouse duties, including some heavy lifting.
Key Responsibilities Operating a counterbalance forklift truck safely and efficiently

Loading and unloading goods

Moving, stacking, and storing products within the warehouse

Picking and preparing orders for dispatch

Carrying out general warehouse duties as required

Manual handling and some heavy lifting

Ensuring health & safety procedures are followed at all times

Maintaining a clean and organised work environment

Requirements Valid counterbalance forklift licence (minimum requirement)

Previous warehouse experience preferred

Ability to carry out heavy lifting and manual handling tasks

Good attention to detail and timekeeping

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong awareness of health and safety
