This is a varied role combining forklift truck operation with general factory and warehouse support. The successful candidate must hold a valid UK driving licence and a current FLT Counterbalance licence, with proven experience operating forklift trucks in a busy environment. Key Responsibilities * Day-to-day running of warehouse operations * Operating a Counterbalance FLT safely and efficiently * Carrying out daily forklift safety checks * Loading and unloading manufactured and purchased goods * Assisting with customer collections * Picking and preparing stock using picking notes * Processing delivery notes and goods in/out * Maintaining stock condition during handling and storage * Distributing goods throughout the site * Keeping work areas clean, tidy, and obstruction-free * Following site security procedures * Supporting production staff within the factory * Ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards * Applying quality control to incoming and outgoing goods Requirements * Valid UK driving licence (essential) * Valid FLT Counterbalance licence (essential) * Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment * Good attention to detail and organisational skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Proactive and flexible approach to work * What We Offer * Competitive salary * Westfield Health scheme * Company pension * Stable, full-time role within a growing business LT Counterbalance Driver / Works Operative
