FLT Driver PM Shift

IRD Recruitment is seeking experienced FLT Counterbalance Drivers to join our client in Nether Heyford, Northamptonshire. This is a great opportunity for reliable, skilled drivers looking for stable, ongoing work with consistent hours.

What We’re Looking For

* Valid FLT Counterbalance licence

* Previous warehouse or logistics experience

* Clamp attachment experience beneficial (not essential)

* Strong awareness of health & safety

* Ability to work independently and within a team

* Good communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude

Job Details

* Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday

* Saturday Work: Required at least 2 Saturdays every 4 weeks

* Shift Time: 12:00 – 21:00

* Start Date: Immediate

* Long‑term, ongoing work

Key Responsibilities

* Safe and efficient operation of FLT Counterbalance trucks

* Moving stock, pallets, and materials across the warehouse

* Loading and unloading vehicles

* Using clamp attachments where required

* Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area

* Following all site procedures and safety guidelines
