Interaction are currently recruiting for an experienced Forklift Driver (FLT Counterbalance) to join a fast-paced warehouse, yard, and production environment.

This is a physically demanding role involving manual handling, heavy lifting, and outdoor work, supporting the movement of building materials.

Key Responsibilities

Operate a Counterbalance Forklift Truck (FLT) safely and efficiently
Load and unload materials within the yard, warehouse, and production site
Organise stock for dispatch, deliveries, and goods-in
Support the production and warehouse team to meet targets
Carry out warehouse duties, yard operative tasks, and site housekeeping
Perform quality control checks and report any issues
Follow all health & safety procedures at all times

Requirements

Valid, in-date accreditted Counterbalance FLT Licence (5 tonne preferred)
Ability to perform manual handling and heavy lifting
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
Good teamwork and communication skills
Reliable with good timekeeping and attendance

Working Hours

Monday to Friday
Typical hours: 07:30 – 16:30
