Pertemps are currently seeking experienced FLT Counterbalance Operatives to join a thriving, fast-paced logistics operation based in Burnaston, Derby (DE19).
This is an excellent long-term opportunity for skilled FLT Counterbalance drivers looking to build a stable career within a successful and well-established logistics company.
Key Responsibilities Operating FLT Counterbalance trucks within a busy logistics environment
Loading and tipping trailers safely and efficiently
Working outdoors as required
Requirements
Valid, in-date accredited FLT Counterbalance licence (RTITB, ITSARR or AITT)
Previous experience in a fast-paced logistics or warehouse setting
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Access to your own transport due to site location
Flexibility to work additional overtime during busy periods (up to 2 extra hours per day, confirmed during shift)
Shift Pattern (Monday to Friday, rotating weekly)
Mornings: 05:30 14:30
Lates: 15:00 00:00
Pay Rates
MondayFriday: £15.33 per hour
Overtime (Daily after 9 hours & Saturdays): £21.84 per hour
