Manpower are recruiting to join a long-standing team supporting the Warehousing and Operations side on Site.

All the relevant skills, qualifications and experience that a successful applicant will need are listed in the following description.

This role is ideal for an experienced Yard Person / FLT Driver looking to work in a busy and supportive environment.

Location Outskirts of Louth Own transport essential due to site location (no public transport available) Shift Pattern Rotating shift pattern (must be able to work on both shift patterns.

Week 1 Monday
- Thursday: 6am
- 2pm & Friday: 7am-6pm Week 2 Monday
- Thursday: 2pm
- 10pm Sunday: 7am
- 6pm Weekend work is required, with days off given during the week on an alternating basis.

Pay Rate £14.21 per hour Key Responsibilities Operating a Counterbalance FLT safely and efficiently Supporting warehouse and yard operations Moving and organising stock within the yard and warehouse areas Using scanning equipment to track and manage stock Assisting across different operational roles when required What We're Looking For Experience Previous experience working as a Yard Person or FLT Driver in a similar environment Minimum 1 year of Counterbalance FLT experience (must be able to evidence) Qualifications Valid and in-date Counterbalance FLT Licence Skills & Attributes Confident using scanning equipment Flexible and willing to support different xbpsjku operational tasks Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Additional Requirements Reliable and punctual Must have reliable transport, live locally, or not rely on public transport due to site location What You'll Get Ongoing work in a busy environment How to Apply If this role is of interest, please apply online today or contact the Manpower Grimsby office for more information.
