Pay Rate: £13.60-£14.00 per hour (T2 starting rate - progression available)

Search Consultancy are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced M3 Combi Lift Driver to join a busy manufacturing site in Doncaster (DN2). This is a long-term opportunity with the potential to secure a permanent contract for the right candidate.

Shift Pattern (Rotating):
Candidates must be able to work rotating shifts:
Days: 06:00 - 14:00 / Afters: 14:00 - 22:00
Occasional Saturdays: 06:00 - 12:00
Flexibility is essential.

The Role
You will be working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and will be responsible for:

Loading and unloading wagons
Moving, locating, and storing stock
Feeding machines and production lines
Handling long loads (approximately 7 metres or more)The M3 Combi Lift is primarily used when loads cannot be moved by overhead crane. While use may not be constant, it is essential for safe and efficient wagon loading.

Requirements

Valid UK Multi-Directional / Combi Lift (M3) licence preferred
Proven experience operating an M3 Combi Lift
Ability to handle long loads safely
Willingness to work rotating shifts
Candidates with extensive Combi Lift experience who do not currently hold an M3 licence may still be considered.Desirable (Not Essential)

Experience operating an overhead crane with attachments
Training may be provided for crane operation.Pay and Progression

Starting rate: £13.60-£14.00 per hour
Opportunities to progress to higher pay grades based on performance and competency
