FLT Driver/Production Operative

We are hiring for one of our new clients in the LS11 area for a FLT Driver/ Production Operative to join their plastic shrink wrap manufacturing team. This job is a permanent role.

Job Overview

* Operate and monitor production machinery used in the manufacture of plastic shrink wrap

* Operating a FLT truck, unloading and loading

* Ensure you meet quality standards and carry out routine checks

* Pack, label and prepare finished goods

* Work as part of a team to meet production targets and deadlines

* Progression route to top role of shift leader (earning 40k)

Skills and experience

* Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment

* FLT License is desirable but experience is needed

Hours

* 4 on/4off (12hr shifts 6am-6pm)

Pay

* Starting salary £29,000 annually
