FLT VNA Driver – Warrington

People Solutions are currently recruiting for an FLT VNA Driver to join our well-established client based in Warrington.

This is a fantastic opportunity offering excellent rates of pay, ongoing work, and the potential to secure a permanent position.

This role would suit applicants who have previously worked as a Very Narrow Aisle Driver, Bendi Truck Driver, or Flexi Truck Driver.

Shifts:

• Friday, Saturday, and Sunday

• 17:00 – 06:00

Rates of Pay:

• £14.50 – £21.75 per hour

Day-to-Day Duties:

As an FLT VNA Driver, your duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Driving and operating a VNA truck safely and efficiently
• Conducting inspections of the VNA truck and reporting any faults to management
• Receiving goods into the warehouse
• Adhering to health and safety procedures at all times
• Checking the quantity and visual quality of incoming and outgoing goods
• Receiving and unpacking incoming goods
• Organising stock for deliveries
• Moving goods around the warehouse as and when required

Essential Skills:

As an FLT VNA Driver, you will need the following:

• A valid VNA licence that is RTITB or ITSSAR accredited
• External licences will be considered for the right candidate
• Experience driving and operating a VNA truck
• Good communication skills and the ability to multi-task
• Good spatial awareness
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong organisational skills
• Reliability
• Self-motivation
• Flexibility and willingness to take on a variety of tasks
• Ability to work well as part of a team

Desirable Experience:

• Operating a VNA truck in a warehouse environment

Training:

• Training will be provided, and you will be required to pass an assessment.
