About the Role We are seeking a fluent French-speaking Accounts Administrator to support the transition of administrative functions from our French office to our London location. This role will involve handling a variety of administrative and accounting tasks, including processing orders, managing shipments, and supporting financial operations. Key Responsibilities * Processing customer orders and coordinating shipments * Raising and managing invoices * Supporting credit control activities * Performing bank reconciliations * Assisting with general administrative duties Skills & Requirements * Fluency in French (essential) * Previous experience in administration * Basic accounts experience (including invoicing and bank reconciliation) * Experience using Sage accounting software * Strong attention to detail * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) * Excellent communication skills What We Offer * Competitive salary (£26K–£30K) * Early finish on Fridays * Opportunity to be part of an international business transition Hours: 37.5 hours per week * Monday to Thursday: 8:00am – 5:00pm * Friday: 8:00am – 12:30pm
