Location: Twyford, Berkshire (Easy commute from Reading, Wokingham, Maidenhead, Bracknell)

Salary: £35k+ per year (negotiable based on experience) + Overtime at 1.5x

Holiday: 25 days + Bank Holidays

Hours: 7am – 4pm (20 min paid break in every 6-hour period)

Due to growth, we’re seeking a skilled Folder Gluer Operator to join our very friendly and experienced finishing team.

If you’ve worked on Bobst, Vega, Kluge, Heidelberg (or similar) machinery - or have strong folder gluer skills and want to progress further - we’d love to hear from you.

What you’ll be doing

• Set, run, and maintain folder gluer machinery for high-quality output
• Train and mentor your assistant on live projects
• Work accurately from job specifications
• Carry out routine maintenance and quality checks
• Collaborate with the production team to meet deadlines without compromising quality
