Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations across all F&B outlets
Recruit, train, and inspire a diverse team of supervisors, bartenders, and waiting staff
Maintain exceptional service standards and manage guest feedback
Drive revenue through upselling, innovation, and market awareness
Manage budgets, stock control, and cost efficiencies
Ensure full compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and public health policies
Collaborate effectively with other hotel departments
Develop and deliver training to uphold brand standards
Promote safe working practices and lead by example
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven experience in Food & Beverage management (premium or luxury hospitality preferred)
A confident, inspiring leader who builds strong, motivated teams
Strong commercial awareness with the ability to drive sales and profitability
Calm, solutions-focused approach under pressure
Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences
Hands-on, proactive, and committed to operational excellence
