Role - Food and Beverage Operations Manager.
Location - North Wales
Salary - £45,000

We are currently recruiting for a very exciting and fulfilling position. The role will see you working and supervising some fantastic venues across our resort. This is a great opportunity for a forward-thinking person, wanting and able to have a direct impact in shaping our F&B businesses.

Main duties and responsibilities
Ensuring that food and beverage areas set up for the day's business.
Ensuring that staff are briefed and directed accordingly.
Helping to come up with new ideas and run events within the facility.
Ensuring that Food and Beverage rooms are cleared at the end of each event.
Handle guest complaints, requests, and enquiries in a relaxed yet professional manner
Help create a safe environment for both staff and guests and adhere to the company's health and safety policy and procedures.
Key Skills and Experience
Personal license is required.
City and Guilds, BTEC, HND
Food Hygiene Certs
Experience in F&B management / supervision required.
Will be passionate about F&B
Will have an excellent eye for detail.

Responsibilities
Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards.
Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service.
Design exceptional menus, purchase goods and continuously make necessary improvements.
Identify customers' needs and respond proactively to all their concerns.
Lead F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training, and appraising talented personnel.
Establish targets, KPI's, schedules, policies, and procedures.
Provide a two-way communication and nurture an ownership environment with emphasis in motivation and teamwork.
Comply with all health and safety regulations.
Report on management regarding sales results and productivity
