As a F&B Reservations Agent at Broadwick Soho, you will drive the idea of being a glorious hotel that embraces the spirit of Soho, alongside making our guests feel as comfortable as we do through our values of being embracing, generous, creative and playfully exquisite.
In this vital role, you will be responsible for handling all food and beverage reservations and F&B guest communications ensuring high efficiency of service and creating and delivering exceptional, memorable and seamless guest experiences. This role ensures the seamless delivery of exceptional F&B guest service and ensuring reservations and guest preferences are entered accurately in Seven Rooms.
We believe in flexibility and multi-skilling, and you may be asked to do different tasks from time to time to enable us to meet the needs of our guests and colleagues.
You will work with brilliant colleagues across the Hotel so that we are one team delivering a seamless and memorable guest experience.
What do we need from you?
Experience in a similar role in a members club or multiple outlet F&B luxury operation
Strong working knowledge of SevenRooms
Excellent verbal and written communication and ability to build rapport with people easily.
A creative thinker with a can-do attitude and meticulous attention to detail.
A confident, energetic, and passionate team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks under pressure.
Passion for delivering exceptional service and hospitality.
