Food & Beverage Assistant

Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager and the Operations Manager, the Food and Beverage Assistant will provide friendly and efficient service to the hotel guests.

Your Job: Provide exeptional service.
Ensure a good working knowledge of food and beverage.
Be able to work a variety of early and late shifts where required.
Be friendly, courteous and professional at all times.
Upsell and maximise sales whenever and wherever possible.
General cleaning, set up and close down of the bar and restaurant.
Serve guests with food and beverage in all outlets.
What You'll Need: Previous experience is essential.
Flexibility in working hours as the role includes mornings/evenings & weekends
Previous experience in a high-volume/fast-paced environment.
Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
Micros experience would be preferable.
Experience in a hotel is preferable.
