As a Food and Beverage Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring our Members receive a warm and friendly welcome and any queries are dealt with in an efficient and professional manner. You will be expected to deliver exceptional service to both Club Members and Guests alike, keeping good cleanliness, and health & safety at the front of all you do. We will rely on you to wow our Members and make them feel special by delivering exceptional service and being a great team player. As a Food & Beverage Assistant, you will assist with the daily preparation and service of food within the Halfway Hut. Ensuring, that the highest hygiene standards are maintained at all times, and that customer environment is always presented to the highest standard. Full time, 40 hours a week including weekends Key Areas of Activity: Ensure excellent knowledge of all menu offerings and be able to deliver and provide all Members and guests with exceptional service. Always deal with the Members and guests in a polite, pleasant, and professional manner. Ensure that you constantly present yourself on time and are correctly dressed for duty. Ensure that all services areas are ready for operation at the correct time. Constant overview of the daily operation to include, but not limited to, cleanliness, food and beverage product, service delivery, clearing tables, and sufficient mise-en-place. Resolve any complaints in a polite and professional manner and ensure that the Outlet Manager is notified. Advise the Assistant F&B Outlet Manager of any food shortages or any problems, should they arise. Ensure that stock requirements are requisitioned on a daily basis. Ensure that food products are kept to the correct temperatures as required by law.
