Food and Beverage Supervisor

Our client based at this Luxury Hotel in Surrey is recruiting a Food and Beverage Supervisor for their busy operation. You will already be working as a Food and Beverage Supervisor in a hotel or restaurant and looking for the next step in your career. The role is 45 hours a week and is a floor based role. Working hours include early & late shifts as well as weekends.

The Role

Working in all areas of food and beverage
Developing the team
Managing agreed targets and margin control
Experience of supervising outlets including restaurant, bar, lounge and high quality C&B
Reporting to the General Manager

Already working as a Food and Beverage Supervisor in a busy Hotel
Stable and progressive CV
Hands on and motivated manager - lead by example
A team leader and builder
An equally good communicator with guests, fellow managers and your team.
