Summary of Position As the Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will be responsible for the smooth daily operation of the dining facilities at our clients site. You'll lead a team of 67 assistants, collaborate with the kitchen team, and ensure a consistently high standard of service and atmosphere for guests throughout their stay. This role promotes a positive and professional work culture aligned with the clients values and objectives.

Key Responsibilities Ensure all food and beverage areas are clean, organised, and service-ready

Monitor compliance with health, safety, and allergen management regulations

Support the Dining Room Manager with hiring, onboarding, and training new staff

Deliver ongoing training and development to team members

Handle guest concerns and resolve service issues with professionalism

Ensure completion of job schedules and maintain operational standards

Oversee smooth delivery of services: breakfast, lunch, dinner, teas/coffees

Occasionally place orders and oversee deliveries

Assist in managing daily dining room operations

Uphold and promote company policies, food safety standards, and wellbeing procedures

Support fire drills and emergency protocols as required

Additional Duties Perform other reasonable tasks as required within the scope of the role

Actively participate in performance appraisals and ongoing professional development

Be flexible and adaptable to changing duties in line with service needs
