Nights Food Production Production Manager

Change specialist moving us from kitchen production to manufacturing. Night Shift. Reporting to the senior team. Night shift manager.. We are a food manufacturing unit based in Knightsbridge. This is a night shift ONLY position - 10pm - 6am. Working 5 days across 6 days per week including Saturdays As a premium brand we operate to the highest standards and expect total commitment to standards, process and delivering against expectations as we take the business through change management. Within the organisation there's a basement kitchen/ production unit currently operating with teams of chefs preparing food for the onsite branded restaurants. This post involves managing complex and challenging Chefs and junior chefs. Reducing waste. Improving efficiently through the business, transferring to the business in to a more verified production unit. Level 2 food safety required
