Food Production Operative (Late & Early Shift)

Interaction Recruitment are recruiting for an experienced Food Production Operative to join their busy client in Dusntable. The succesful candidate will join on a temp2perm basis and will be able to work on both early shift & late shift. We are seeking a reliable and team-oriented individual with experience in food or drink production to support the Production Supervisor and Senior Operatives in overseeing the Packing Area. The role involves managing resources to ensure products are packed on schedule, while maintaining a safe working environment, meeting quality standards, and minimizing waste. You will help ensure smooth operations that add value to our clients, employees, and the company. The Working Hours: (You'll be required to work on both shifts on a rotational basis) Early Shift - Mon to Fri 06:00 to 14:00 (£13.39 per hour) Late Shift - Mon to Thurs 13:45 to 23:45 (£15.13 per hour) Key Responsibilities: Complete all food safety and health and safety checks on time. Raise any issues immediately with the Senior Operative or Supervisor. Adhere to all Health and Safety and Food Safety policies set by our client.
