Food Production Operative

We are currently seeking reliable and experienced Food Production Operatives to join our team on a temporary to permanent basis. This role involves working 12-hour shifts on both days and nights, supporting the efficient production and packaging of food products while maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

* Operating machinery and equipment within a food production environment

* Preparing, processing, and packaging food products to required standards

* Conducting quality checks to ensure products meet company and safety specifications

* Maintaining a clean and hygienic work area in line with food safety regulations

* Following all health and safety procedures at all times

* Working as part of a team to meet production targets and deadlines

* Reporting any faults, hazards, or quality issues to supervisors promptly

Requirements:

* Minimum of 1 year’s experience in a food production or manufacturing environment

* Willingness to work 12-hour shifts, including both day and night rotations

* Good understanding of food safety and hygiene practices

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle repetitive tasks
