This is an excellent opportunity for reliable and hardworking individuals to work in a modern food production environment helping to produce high-quality vegan products.The role involves working as part of a production team, ensuring products are manufactured, handled, and prepared for dispatch safely and efficiently while maintaining strict food safety and hygiene standards.Key ResponsibilitiesOperating and monitoring machinery used to produce vegan food mixesWorking on a fast-paced vegan food production lineFeeding production lines with required stock and materialsLoading and unloading deliveries and wagonsIdentifying, labelling, and preparing pallets for dispatchCarrying out stock control and reporting any product damage or issuesPerforming manual handling and heavy lifting where requiredWorking within a chilled environmentEnsuring all products meet company quality standardsCommunicating effectively with team members and supervisorsMaintaining a clean and organised working areaStrictly adhering to all health & safety policies and food hygiene regulationsRequirementsAbility to work in a physically demanding role with regular manual handlingComfortable working in a chilled production environmentGood attention to detail and ability to follow proceduresStrong teamwork and communication skillsWillingness to comply with workplace policies, including no jewellery or makeup in production areasMust be willing to undergo occasional drug and alcohol testingWhat We OfferCompetitive pay ratesFull training providedOpportunity to work for a growing vegan food manufacturerSupportive team environmentIf you are hardworking, reliable, and interested in being part of a company producing innovative vegan food products, we would love to hear from you.Barker Ross Group values diversity and promotes equality.
