Pay: £12.50-£16.25 per hour Job Description: This position is being advertised by Swift Temps Ltd acting as an employment agency. We are looking for a number of experienced Production Operatives to join our client at their extremely clean, and streamlined facility in Coventry (CV5) , working as part of a team to produce baked goods, efficiently, effectively and reaching targets. The ideal candidate: 1 year + experience within a food production (Preferred) Ability to work 4 on, 4 off shift pattern (includes weekends on shift pattern) Able to reliably commute to CV5 without use of public transport (due to shift times) Understanding of Food Hygiene and Food Safety guidelines Ability to work independently and as part of a team Hours of Work: 4 on, 4 off shift pattern ( weekends involved ) 6 am till 6:30pm The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 years' experience within a production environment, preferably a food production environment, and can commit to the shift patterns as stated above.
