Role Description
This is a part-time, remote role for a Food Scientist (Specialising in Functional Beverages/Nutrition), ideally near London. You will be responsible for developing and testing new innovative beverage concepts, optimising formulations, and ensuring products meet nutritional, sensory, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Research, design, and develop formulations with a focus on nutrition and functionality

Produce samples and conduct stability testing

Optimise product formulations for taste, texture, nutritional profile, and shelf-life

Ensure compliance with food safety

Qualifications
Expertise in Food Science, beverage formulation and nutrition

Experience in Research and Development, particularly in beverages

Proficiency in laboratory skills and product testing

Knowledge of the Food & Beverage industry, including functional and nutritional products

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong communication and teamwork abilities
