Foot Mobile Electrical Engineer – LondonWe are recruiting for a Foot Mobile Electrical Engineer to support the Landmark buildings portfolio in Central London (Zones 1 and 2) Key responsibilities:
Carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive electrical maintenance
Fault finding and first-line repairs across commercial buildings
Ensure all works are completed in line with health and safety and compliance standards
Work independently across multiple sites as part of a foot mobile roleLocation and travel:
Foot mobile role covering Landmark buildings in Central London (Zones 1 and 2)
Travel expenses can be claimed backRequirements:
City and Guilds Level 3 Electrical Qualification (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
Experience within facilities management or building services
Comfortable working independently and managing a mobile workloadPackage:
£25 per hour
Overtime available
Ongoing training and development
