A Fantastic opportunity to work for a leading FM Service Provider in London. CBW is currently looking for a Mobile Electrical Engineer. The successful candidate will be Electrically biased (NVQ, C&G) with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. Working with the maintenance team on site, the individual will be required to carry outplanned and reactive building maintenance, including the following:

Key duties & Responsibilities
Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)
PPM's & Reactive maintenance
Emergency lighting tests
Control Panels
Changing Ballast
BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold)
Maintain and update Log books
Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
Pumps, motors
Managing priorities within contract constraints.
Working within a multi-disciplinary team to achieve set goals.
Participation in standby rota for emergency calls outside normal working hours.
Providing information for the pricing of M&E works where applicable, for minor projects and maintenance.

Package Details & Hours of Work
Salary of up to £29 per hour (DOE)
Monday to Friday
08:00am to 17:00pm
Immediate start

Requirements
Electrically qualified - City & Guilds Level 2 & 3 (Required)
18th Edition (Required)
LV or HV qualified (Required)
Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
Multi-skilled
Good communication skills
