Foot Mobile Maintenance Engineer – Central London Location: Central London & West End Salary: £50,000 + Overtime Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Are you a hands-on, reliable Maintenance Engineer looking to join a leading Facilities Management company? We're hiring for a Foot Mobile Engineer to support a portfolio of high-end commercial offices in Central London and the West End.

Key Responsibilities:

- Carry out both planned preventative and reactive maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems - Perform Emergency Lighting and Fire Alarm testing - Maintain HVAC systems and associated plant room equipment - Service and repair pumps, motors, and related components - Keep accurate service records using a PDA system - Liaise with subcontractors for specialised tasks - Ensure all work complies with Health & Safety and site regulations - Conduct inspections and pre-empt potential issues

✅ What We’re Looking For:

- City & Guilds Level 3 in Electrical Installations (or equivalent) - 18th Edition Wiring Regulations - Proven experience in commercial building maintenance - Strong fault-finding skills and a proactive approach
