Job Description

Foot Mobile Engineer\nDue to continued growth our client is currently looking for a Foot Mobile Engineer to join their team. This Foot Mobile Engineer role is for an existing portfolio of commercial sites in Zone 1 - 6.\nAs a Foot Mobile Engineer your key responsibilities will be:\n * Complete PPM tasks in line with the yearly planner to the HVAC equipment within our contracts, for example:\n o FCUs – (Replacing Motors, Valves, Controls)\n o AHUs\n o Pumps\n o Motors\n o Lighting & Emergency Lighting\n o Plumbing tasks (Ball Valves, Toilet Systems, Control Valves)\n o Electrical task (Ballasts, Batteries, Small Installs)\n o L8 Water Hygiene Tasks\n * To carry out PPM duties to the relevant schedule when covering engineers.\n * To make sure all site paperwork is kept up to date and sent to office at required frequency.\n * To carry out reactive works when requested within an acceptable timeframe.\n * Provide clear and detailed information when quotations are to be provided.\n * Ensure that sub-contractors used carry out work in accordance with company instructions.\n * The Mobile Engineer will inform the Contracts Manager of any issues which are relevant and may escalate.\n * To carry out overtime when needed to complete the agreed out of hours works time on site, arranging and managing extra personal as required.\n * To provide reports where needed for the out of hours servicing, within an acceptable timeframe after the servicing.\nSkills and Qualities:\n * Candidates should hold a City & Guilds NVQ Level 3 Qualification or equivalent in a Mechanical, Electrical or HVAC discipline.\nAdditional Benefits\nYou’ll be reimbursed through monthly expenses for travel within zones 1-6, issued a smart phone, uniform, PPE & specialist tools, plus all the training and support you need to build a career with us.\n * Company mobile for business use\n * Company tablet\n * 25 days holiday\n * Company pension scheme\n * Company health scheme (after a qualification period)\n * Expenses paid for any out of pocket expenses incurred\n * Hand tools to be supplied by the engineer, and any specialist tools required will be supplied by the client.\n * Hours of work 8am – 5pm Monday to Friday.\n * Sick pay at the discretion of the company\n * Company uniform and PPE supplied\nIf you are interested in this Foot Mobile Engineer role please APPLY NOW
