Job Title: Foot Mobile Maintenance Engineer Location: Central London (Foot Mobile - Multiple Sites) Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Job Purpose: The Foot Mobile Maintenance Engineer will carry out planned preventative maintenance, reactive repairs, and building services support across a portfolio of sites within walking distance of Oxford Street and surrounding areas. The role requires a strong understanding of mechanical and/or electrical systems, with the ability to respond quickly to faults, maintain plant equipment, and uphold excellent service standards across client buildings. Key Responsibilities: Carry out routine PPM tasks across mechanical and electrical plant in accordance with site schedules and asset lists. Complete reactive maintenance and breakdown tasks, proactively identifying areas for improvement, including fabric-related jobs and concessionary store requests. Oversee subcontractor activities, ensuring they meet contractual requirements and operate safely while on site. Operate the Permit to Work system in line with BGIS Quality, Health & Safety procedures and client expectations.
