Join a well-established, family-run M&E business with over 30 years of experience in the industry. Known for their supportive culture and long-standing client relationships, they are continuing to grow and now require a Foot-Mobile Chiller Engineer to work across a portfolio of commercial sites in Central London.
The Role:
As a Foot-Mobile Chiller Engineer, you'll be part of a skilled technical team responsible for delivering high-quality PPM (planned preventative maintenance) and reactive repair works across multiple commercial buildings.
Your Duties Will Include:

Completing fault-finding and diagnosis on fan coils, pumps, motors, valves, sensors, and general AC system components.
Servicing and maintaining fan coil units, pumps, motors, split systems, and VRV/VRF systems.
Carrying out planned maintenance tasks such as filter changes, coil cleans, belt checks, and performance inspections.
Responding to reactive breakdowns, identifying root causes, and completing repairs or component replacements.
Servicing and maintaining chillers, undertaking operational checks on compressors, evaporators, and condensers.What you'll need:

Level 2 in F Gas and ODS Regulations (Category 1), as a minimum.
Strong technical knowledge of air conditioning systems.
