We are currently seeking an experienced
Foreman
to join our team on a high-profile civils project in Slough, delivering works on the 278 roundabout scheme. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a dynamic and fast-paced project with a well-established contractor.

Salary:
£50,000 - £55,000 + package (company car, pension, benefits)
The Role
As Foreman, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day supervision of site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. You will play a key role in coordinating labour, plant, and materials while maintaining strong communication with site management and subcontractors.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate all on-site activities
Ensure compliance with health & safety standards and company procedures
Manage site operatives and subcontractors effectively
Monitor progress against programme and report updates to management
Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications
Assist with site documentation and reporting requirements
Requirements
Proven experience as a Foreman on civils or highways projects
Strong knowledge of groundworks, drainage, and infrastructure works
SSSTS or SMSTS certification
CSCS card (essential)
First Aid qualification ()
Excellent leadership and communication xbpsjku skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
