If you've spent years planning lifts, running rigging teams, and moving heavy machinery safely using skates, jacks, and precision-not guesswork-this role is built for you.
What you'll be trusted with:
Leading complex machine moving and skating operations
Running teams on site and setting the standard for safety and performance
Executing lifting plans, not improvising them
Taking ownership of delivery, timelines, and outcomes
This role is for you if:
You have proven experience as a Foreman or Lead Rigger
Machine moving and skating is second nature (mandatory)
You lead calmly, clearly, and without drama
You understand that standards matter-especially under pressure
