Forklift Counterbalance Driver – Shepton Mallett

People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Forklift Counterbalance Driver to join our well-established client based in Shepton Mallett.

Shifts:

• Monday to Friday
• 06:00am – 18:00pm

Salary:

• £13.75 per hour

Day-to-Day Duties:

As a Forklift Counterbalance Driver, your duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Operating a counterbalance forklift truck safely
• Loading and unloading vehicles
• Manual handling of products
• Supporting goods-in and goods-out operations
• Keeping the warehouse clean and organised

This role mainly involves working outdoors, so candidates must be comfortable working in all weather conditions.

Essential Skills:

To be successful as a Forklift Counterbalance Driver, you will need:

• Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence
• Comfortable with manual handling
• Good reliability and work ethic
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail

Candidates must be prepared to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

• Full training provided
• Ongoing development support
