Shift Patterns:
- Monday to Thursday: 08:00 - 17:00
- Friday: 08:00 - 13:00
Pay Rates:
- Standard: £13.67 per hour
- Overtime: £20.50 per hour (paid after 39 standard hours)
Requirements of a Forklift Driver
- Valid counterbalance forklift certificate/license
- Preferable Bendi/Fexi license
- Ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication (written and verbal)
- This role requires working outdoors in various weather conditions
Responsibilities of a FLT Driver
- Auditing of suppliers
- Picking and putting away
- General stores duties
- Check Good Receive Notes against physical stock received
- Raise any discrepancies or defects to the customer to protect stock integrity and ensure accurate production information
- Operate FLT in line with health & safety protocols
- Maintain clear communication with team members and supervisors
- Adhere to site procedures and guidelines
