Role Overview
You will service, maintain, and repair a broad range of forklift trucks and other material handling machinery, including electric, LPG, and diesel-powered units. Work will take place both at the Glasgow depot and at customer sites across the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults
  • Perform routine service checks and planned maintenance
  • Maintain accurate service records and job documentation
  • Travel locally to client locations for site-based repairs
  • Provide technical support and customer-facing resolutions

Candidate Profile

  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in mechanical/electrical engineering
  • Experience with forklift, plant, or agricultural machinery preferred
  • Strong fault-finding and diagnostic capabilities
  • Customer-focused approach with clear communication skills
  • Valid UK driving licence required
