Forklift Operative Location: Paddock Wood Pay: £13.70 per hour Shifts: Rotating 08:00 - 18:00 12:00 - 22:00 (May include weekend working) The Role We are currently recruiting for a Pivot Steer Forklift Operative to join a busy e-commerce fulfilment warehouse in Paddock Wood. This is a varied, hands-on role combining forklift operation with manual warehouse duties. Key Responsibilities Operating a Pivot Steer (Flexi/Bendi) forklift truck Picking, loading, and moving stock within the warehouse Manual handling tasks including lifting, packing, and order preparation Supporting general warehouse operations Maintaining a safe and tidy working environment Please note: The role is split approximately 50/50 between forklift work and manual handling.
